Our space is available for hire

Are you a practitioner seeking a private, centrally located space to offer sessions/classes from?

Would you like to be part of a collective hub of practitioners committed to delivering professional high quality therapeutic services to their clients?

Close to train station, university, botanical gardens and amazing vibrant cafes we offer an inviting clinic to practice from. We have a small kitchen with drinks so you can get a cuppa between clients if you don’t want to stroll the Avenue or connect with the trees.

Fast Broadband 

Studio; a larger first floor studio space (suitable for classes and workshops) which fits 8- 10 yoga mats 

£20 per hour

Stereo system with aux lead or bring your own bluetooth speaker.

 10 fold out chairs, flip chart, white board, projector available for presentations 

Mats bolsters cushions and blankets for workshops

Therapy rooms £25 for 4 hours.

Day and half day rates available too

Find us

We are at 71 Botanic Avenue Belfast. It’s a green door between Sphinx and Kaffe O. It’s a green door. We are on 1st & 2nd floor.

Parking

On street car parking is available outside the building, but only for up one hour, which is usually fine for our clients. if your staying longer than an hour we recommend the nearby all-day car park on Posnett Street if you can’t get a free space around University area (tricky during term time).

Outside the studio it is free after 6pm every day and all day Sunday.

At weekends, Queen’s Library also has free all day parking located at the top of Botanic avenue.
